In 1988, Bret moved from his home town of Marion Indiana to Warsaw to pursue a new career. In 1991, shortly after moving to Warsaw, Bret started Super Seal Inc. Starting as a small one man business, with nothing more than a pickup truck and small sealer tank. Through the years, Bret has grown Super Seal Inc to one of the largest asphalt maintenance companies in Northern Indiana. As Bret begins to transition toward retirement and selling Super Seal to his son-in-law, he now has more free time to pursue some of his favorite interests and hobbies, which include spending time with his grandkids, backpacking, and fishing.
